Control Panel Coding Needed

I need someone that can access my control panel for my website and either code a link or assist me in finding where my log of credit cards are at. My original programmer did not structure this website the same as my others and I can't find the log of credit card numbers to customers since the emails are not coming through either.

If someone that understands coding better than me, then it should be an easy task. I can even show my other sites as a reference for better understanding.

Example: One of my sites has in the phpadmin "find_order". Once I click on it, it shows me my orders and then I browse, it then lists out customers, addresses, package type, cc info and etc. In this other site, it doesn't have that process and no matter how many browses I have done in my sql databases, I can't ifnd it.

I also need someone who can do a quick adjustment to a swf file I have. I have all the pics needed to use but don't have the software to make the changes myself.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
