Chat messenger application

I am looking for a chat application that i can use with my company to replace msn.

I would like to ahve features that would allow chat between the users like msn, 2 chatters can also invite another person to the discussion/chat, max of 3 people in a group like this.

I need to be able to have status of the users like online, away, busy, etc.. The admin of server will be able to set these optons for users to choose,

The chat client will need to support either handwriting/drawing via ms tablet dll, or some flash that allows for user to draw on chat area and send drawing to other users. Flash may be easier here so lets assume this, we need similar functions as msn chat 7 has with drawing, colors of ink, and eraser.

Users will add each other like buddies on msn chat.

We do want the ability to delete/freeze users at the server level, we do not need monitoring of any kind, maybe keep a log of all chats on [url removed, login to view] will manually ad chat users on server side to make things easier

If not complicated tell me about the possibility of sending files like msn does, drag and drop

I would prefer the framwork of the app was in .net but i am open to all possibilities, i would liek the front end to be in flash, unless you have better idea, and i would like the overal gui of the app to be like <[url removed, login to view]>

If you already have a chat/messenger app i would like to see it and maybe we will go with the features you already have to keep the cost low

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
