Brochure Final Draft

I have created a rough draft, single page, 3-fold "brochure" in Adobe Photoshop that needs to be made to look professional and brought to a final draft. I will supply 2 .PSD files from which to work from, each is one side of the page. The wording is complete throughout and I have already selected what images are to be put where, meaning the majority of the work is complete. I need a designer to help me with: 1- putting the two .PSD files into a printer-friendly, standard format, whatever this may be. I would also like the .PSD files when you are done with them so that I can edit the layers in the future if need be. 2- to professionalize and fine-tune the look of the brochure by: a) centering the worded sections of the brochure and the images between the text b) enhancing or upgrading the front flap of the brochure. Looking for some art skills here to either clean up the graphics I have created or possibly come up with something more creative than what I came up with. This is where the bulk of the work is. I estimate that this project will take an experienced designer no more than 1-2 hours, maybe less. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Adobe Photoshop so that I can access .PSD files for editing/updating at a later date if need be.
