We currently use a web-based scheduling program called "Appointment-Plus" ([login to view URL]).
You can log into a sample of the program by going to:
Login: testdriver
Password: tester123
-----------------
This is esentially what we would need the program to do:
-Open automatically when windows opens
-Prompt the user to log in (only once)
-While the program is on (basically the whole day) it should find all appointments with certain "Appointment Statuses" and alert us (with a pop-up window, preferably).
------------------
If you log in, and click on reports, and run the report called "Not Notified" This report will show you the appointments with certain Appointment Status. We would like the program to search for this information every 15 minutes and alert us when there is something in this report with a start time of less than 90 minutes.
*PLEASE NOTE* The sample login that you are given is not exact to how our company's program is laid out. It is the same program however certain terms are different, etc.
