Adware code needed

I am looking for someone to generate some adware code, so that I can place the code onto my sites, when someone visits the sites, the ad code will create a IE plugin automatically without any user intervention...then, each time their IE browser window opens, the code will go to a specified url that will ready the info tht I provide, and open up a popup window. The code will be timed as well, so that if they close the first window, they will receive a new popup window every 10 minutes. The code must run in the background as a IE plugin, and must not need any user intervention to install. please contact me with any questions.
