I need a piece of software developed that is based on an already developed accounting program that is free to the public.
This accounting program is located on:

The coding is all there for this type of program, it will simply need to be slightly reworked to make it original.
I want to have a program just like this, with a different design, icons, colors.
I also want a couple things added to the program:
1) There must be a button to print and save the invoice/report/quotes/order as a memo pad document.
2) There will need to be a picture publisher in the software (need something to draw square box and draw little boxes inside, lines, icons, arrows for layout of security system). It's basically a small drawing tool that will allow a simple floorplan layout for placement of security systems.
The system will be called "Secure Books"

to recap: The program needs to have a system for reports like profit and loss statements etc or your own way to do it , some way to track expenses like receipts standard stuff in accounting, payments from clients etc I think most of this is in there but wanted to go over it so we don?€™t miss anything, payroll center, outlook email integration to email invoices, a memo pad on estimates that includes simply the item price dealer cost and retail cost with quantity that can be printed like an internal shopping list for dealers only, a place to put vendors for payments, etc. writing checks. Something like a smaller quickbooks.
