A webpage to incorporate into my site

First, visit [login to view URL] I need someone who will build a site I can incorporate into the above listed site and which does the following: -members can have their picture shown when logged in. -members can create their own blog and be able to make post, latest post shows at the homepage. -It should be able to show who's online with their profile pciture displayed instead of their username. -An instant messenger chat system, better than the already existing one. -should display atleast, 10 newest members picture at the homepage. -Member can have their picture album which other member can view and as well send private messages. -Members can upload videos on their own profiles which other members can as well view.
