conference and lecture center web design

Need someone with a creative mind that can put together a website from beginning to end on renting out rooms such as seminar rooms , conference rooms, reception desk , office space. etc, by the hour. I already have an outside company to handle the reservation and the check out for the rooms . all i need is the website where our clients will come to see our rooms get some information and if they like what the see they press the " book-it " bottom to make the reservation. i need someone with good writing skills who can come up with their own written script of what the website should say. we will provide basic information about our company but for the most part we would like the web designer to do some research come up with their own written script to how the site should be. we will make adjustment to the script when necessary. So writing skill is a must. ----We will also like to have this website marketed on the search engines with high ranking ----Need links to Facebook, YouTube,and twitters also optional - can also include: ----create business card design (high resolutions images ) front and back of [login to view URL] 3 different business cards ----create 4"x6" postcard design for distribution - need 3 different postcards ( high resolution) front and back ----create 6"x9" postcard design for distribution - need 3 different postcards ( high resolution) front and back ----create 4'x5' sign for display one sided - need 3 different signs ( High resolution) the images that are provided to you will all be in "RAW" format
