Modification of Online Selling Website

Hi there, I have a website that needs to be fixed today. Issue : Homepage slider loads it's files from the admin panel through the backend, whereby when users view it on the frontend, it uses the phpthumbscript to resize the banner image every time a user views the site - That causes a huge strain on the server. Requirements : I need the appointed vendor to fix this issue, stop the website from loading slider images via phpthumb, and to directly load the image files from the backend admin's uploaded folder instead.
