Development of Magento site from existing HTML design

Seeking experienced Magento developer for Magento implementation , and customized according to an existing HTML version of the site . RETAIL ORDERING: --Ability for retail customers to login make an online purchase OR place an order as a guest --Must be able to automatically (and securely) charge cards through website at the time of purchase --Automatically create invoice with each order --Automatically email our company when an order or inquiry has been made --Automatically email customers when an order has been placed along with a copy of their invoice --Link to FedEx for automatic/accurate shipping quotes based on quantity and shipping location (based on weights and dimensions of our products/packaging) --Must be able to export all orders and customer information to QuickBooks --Option to enter a coupon code during checkout (retail only) that will apply to the order Subtotal --CA State Tax (9.75%) must applied to all orders who have a SHIP TO ADDRESS IN CALIFORNIA (retail only) --Must have the following shipping options (Note: We ship FEDEX unless otherwise specified in order notes -- WITHIN U.S.= FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2-Day USPS Priority 2-3 Days -- International, Hawaii, Alaska = USPS Priority or any other options you might offer. Any ideas? --Include some type of analytics and data processing for site improvements WHOLESALE ORDERING --Pricing will be different for these customers (retail customers should NOT see these prices) --Ability for wholesale customers to log in and place their orders Please go over these initial requirements.
