Development Fantasy Football Game for Euro 2008

We are looking for someone to help us develop a fantasy football game for the coming Euro 2008. We have already programmed mock-ups of the various interfaces, and basically need somebody to help us add the back-office functionality that makes the game go live (i.e. connecting interfaces with data-base, so tables etc. are updated dynamically). You will work using the mock-ups as specifications. This also involves designing the database to be used. *********About the Game: An online manager game where users compete agianst each other in setting the team that performs the best in the real Euro 2008 (the game is updated based on the results in the Euro 2008). The game is simple: Rather than setting a whole squad you select the team you believe will score the most goals, the team you believe will get the most yellow cards and so on. We figure there would be something like 5-7 selections. The game is to be hosted at our live score / football site. *********Structure of the Game One part is the user section where the user can: - register - select his team - search for groups / join / submit groups. - See/navigate standings in the game (i.e. best 10, worst 10). - See results from the Euro 2008 - Participate in a game forum Second part is the admin section where we should: - submit results / matches - have ability to ban users These use cases may be refined as we progress with the development. *********Language and Database The thing is to be developed in PHP with a MySQL database. *********Status and Deadline As previously described, we have developed a lot of the interfaces that the user will be able to see. Database design is still to be developed. Rules etc. for the game has been defined. May be changed depending on the development. Deadline: Euro 2008 starts the 7. June. Game needs to be done prior to this. At last 5 days before meaning 2-3. June. ********** Payment Rather than making a detailed specification/document, we rather develop the things we want the user to see, and you then connect the database etc. Rather than working on a fixed price, we therefore suggest that we pay you on an hourly basis. ********** Bids: Please specify hourly price, and most importantly, how much you will be able to work the next 6 days. I believe this is a smaller assignment; we are just running low on days. We could consider rewarding you with a bonus, if the work is completed fast. Also, please provide some examples of the work you previously have conducted.
