Design a template

Dear bidders, We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to build a template from scratch. We do not necessarily prefer a company from a freelancer, and vice-versa. In this project, we are looking for someone who is very creative and skilled. We do not want any poor designs nor something too much out of the box. That being said, it would be much appreciated if we could get a glimpse of your portfolio or previous work (a file attached is fine too). The template that we need is for a hosting company. Here are few things we are looking in a template and would like to find in a freelancer: -Clean designs (aerated / not too simple) -Custom graphics (we do not want buttons from a google search with the keyword ''button'', everything should be adapted and custom made to the template). -Elaborated texture / positioning -Overall look (wether the template is too complicated / attractive or simply not matching our tastes). Even if this is not part of the project, we would also be interested in having a logo and an email template for which we would pay the extra - please specify if you can do this extra in your bid. Our turnaround time is 1 week, the budget is under 300$. We only need the template for the homepage and interior page. The template should be given in PSD, all the HTML/CSS will be done on our end. We have another template to have designed and few little jobs on an existing website (mainly some little tweaks). Good luck for bidding, Simon
