I would like a site similar to [url removed, login to view] in its simplicity. I would like to be able to or allow one of my managers to add topics daily, where people post their blogs and vote on the overall debate. I would also like other users to be able to rate their blogs.
It will require a login section or option to login via facebook or twitter but must capture their email address and repost to facebook and twitter and be viewable on smartphones.
I would prefer to have a standalone php development rather than wordpress and css that will allow me to easily change the images to suit.
