Daily Deal Aggregator Site Development Needed

Looking for an experienced web developer team or an expert developer with specific experience in the development or customization of a daily deals aggregator system like: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc who can create a major web site with a similar structure as [login to view URL] but with extra features, different design and special deal options. It will work differently from [login to view URL] as there will be no buying anything, just users viewing the deals and the merchants paying us to post their deals it all should be integrated and done automatically so the merchants creating, paying and posting their deals on their own from their own merchants panel. All of the mockups and full documentation on how the site should operate is ready. You just need to follow our mockups and poinouts to develop a fully functional custom site. Requirements are as follows: Registered user login area Merchants owners own panel Database extractions Administration controlled panel regarding offer/deals details, pages, visitor tracking and everything else. Quick Additional information which just part of the whole documentation, ones I see that you qualify for this project I will provide a full documentation along with mockups and pointouts of how everything should work, heres just few of the following that you will need to do: • Options to share the deal ons Facebook, Twitter or Email. • Facilitate customers to sign-up for e-mail alert • Facilitate secure payment option with direct credit card transactions • User portal which can store deals, payment information etc. • Implement a lot of social media features into every product e.g. Facebook like button for user to click and show how many user like this deal etc and much more, I repeat this is just few things taken from the mockup.. YOU MUST: • follow and create every single thing as per mockups. IMPORANT: Since we have been burned by one of the developer who has failed us and to whom we have paid $800 already and got nothing in return, we will ONLY work by our payment terms and they are as follows: 1. 20% Milestone will be created after I see that you know what your doing and capable of developing this project, so 1 week will be given to you so you can create atleast the main page and the 2nd deals home page and if everything is done accordingly the 20% milestone payment will be created, if within 1 week (7 business days) it won't be accomplished the project will be cancelled, it should not be a problem if your confident in your work and know what your doing. 2. 40% Milestone will be created when your atleast half way into the project 3. 40% the last Milestone will be created when your about to be finished with project - none of the milestone will be released untill the whole project is completed. We're not releasing any money as we have been burned and not going to let that happen to us ones again.
