Customize Pinterest Script

I have a pinterest-like script (Social Pinboard). I am looking to customize it so that it functions as a bookmark/news pinner as opposed to just photos. Currently if you are on a news website (i.e. CNN), you can pin the photo from the story and write a comment. We would like to be able to pin the story to board(s) of choice. Not just the photo. (NOTE: If anyone is familiar with Windows phone OS, this function is very common. You can be reading a story on the BBC website and actually pin the story as a tile. And then go right back to the story simply by clicking the tile (which is a screen cap of web page.)) How I envision the functionality: You are reading a news story. You click the Pin It tool icon (which is part of script) and it opens the PinIt GUI of application as it normally would. You select an image from the story to post (as you normally would). But it also captures the headline of the story automatically (similar to Facebook). This part would be the customization. So after you pin it, it shows the image you chose plus the headline of the story. It acts as a normal pin, allowing comments, repins, etc. But also provides direct link to source/story.
