Custom Web Site With Quality Graphic Design / CMS / User Friendly Admin Back End

Project Description: Hello, I require a slick new web site to be developed that in principle will be similar to [login to view URL] . The web site will serve a similar purpose however, its focus will be to entice businesses to pay for the ability to offer a discount to a niche market instead of paying for a listing. The main differences from [login to view URL] will be as follows: No “Get Quotes” functionality required, no “Review” functionality required, no “Latest Activity” functionality required, no “Add to Shortlist” required. It will also have different plan options offering different bonuses, inclusions etc. Other Requirements: It will need the ability to only accept member registrations from emails will specific prefixes (for example @[login to view URL]). The registration email will be sent to the email with the prefix for verification before access is granted. Logged in paid members only will need to have access to download a pdf promotional poster (I will supply this at a later date) It must have a user friendly administrative back-end to edit all text, photos, and manage / upload / edit the display of banner ads. Backend must also have the ability to manage email lists, subscriptions and newsletters with It being able to easily compose e-newsletters and emails and send to multiple recipients or the ability to easily integrate with a third party like Mail Chimp or Newsletter.com.au. Text will be provided, however all graphic design (including a site title and page titles) must be completed by the developer and be of a high quality. Ideally, the winning bidder will be pro-active, show initiative and be willing to give guidance, recommendation and advice where required. All bidders must have extensive demonstrated experience to prove they are more than capable for this job and must supply examples of completed work and preferably of a similar nature to what I require. Also when bidding, please PM me stating the technology you intend to use for this project. I will be readily available to provide guidance and answer questions most of the day every day. Furthermore, I will pay a 25% deposit initially and ESCROW the rest. The second 25% will be released on completion of the project and the final 50% will be released after intensive 7 day testing period.
