Custom CMS for Simple Ecommerce Website

We would like a website similar to [login to view URL] What we require: 1. Totally custom simple CMS with custom template directory so that we can create themes later on. (we do have a 2nd option for drupal but not sure yet) 2. User registration feature (such as email, full name, contact number) Do not require activation via email but keep an option for it for the future. 3. User order history (the user must be able to view his/her order history under user dashboard) [ Refer to Picture 2 ] 4. Currently we only want paypal payment, (credit card optional but keep an option for it for future) 5. When the user pay via paypal that user must redirect to our success page upon success payment and the transaction id from paypal must be stored under user dashboard as payment history. For that order the immediate status should be set to Pending but an admin must be able to change the status to delivered via admin panel. It should record payment time and date. And tAfter each order the user must receive an email confirmation with transaction id and other info such as the destination number, amount etc. 6. The whole process should be as easy as possible. Example ( Select Product "GrameenPhone" from the homepage (if the user is not logged in force to login) > They fill out the required info and click recharge > it will ask them to confirm > upon clicking confirm they will be redirected to paypal (credit card put as optional) . I am the website to be very simple looking with stunning color and cool font, something similar to the sample website. But keep an option for me to edit in future. I am in very low budget for this but will not hire/pay someone with out my desired needs. If you can make me happy i might have future works for you. If there is any questions please let me know.
