Creating a wholesale web site from current code base

This project is to take the existing code base, which is in production quality, and heavily customize it to be ready for the wholesale site. The existing code base is for retail ecommerce site and uses OSCommerce as the framework. This is a 2-month FULL TIME project and one-month part time support work, please do not bid if you cannot complete it. This contract position has the potential to become a permanent IT person for the business. Qualification The team must have had experience working on setting up the wholesale web site and are familiar PHP/MySQL programming. The team must also know the UI design of look and feel of the web site, CSS stylesheet, AJAX code, etc. Selected bidders will be asked for showing some prior work, and will be given the detailed requirements document before the award is decided. You MUST be an experienced (senior) level PHP programmer, with deep experience in PHP/MYSQL/OSCommerce packages. Payment Milestones The payment will be tied to the 7 milestones. 1) After the high level design and project plan are delivered, 10% of the project cost. The high level design includes UI design, which usually is the mock up screen, of several important screens, service design, which summaries changes and designs to be made for the business requirements, it also includes database design. 10% of the project cost. 2) 25% of functionality is completed and tested pass in QA. 15% of the project cost. 3) 50% of the functionality is completed and tested pass in QA. 15% of the project cost. 4) 75% of the functionality is completed and tested pass in QA, 15% of the project cost 5) 100% of the functionality is completed and tested pass in QA, 15% of the project cost. 6) Application rolled out to live environment, which includes all bug fixes passed in QA environment, prior to the launch. 20% of the project cost 7) Support work and documentation for 3 weeks after the live production is signed off. 10% of the project cost. Resources You will be given direct access to source code and QA test server from beginning. Any questions on the business requirement will be answered immediately.
