Creating a Wholesale Website Store with Linnworks Linnlive Database API Feed

We are currently selling on multiple eBay and Amazon marketplace using Linnworks as our central Inventory management. Now we would like to look for some who can help us create a Wholesale Website that links directly with our LinnLive/Linnworks database. We need the Complete Package Set Up as below: - design a simple wholesale website templates - set up LinnLive to be able to update/create any new products that we have upload into Linnworks Inventory to the new website - set up LinnLive to be able to collect sales order and revise qty - set up payment gateway with our PayPal and credit card acceptance - able to view at least 25 item in a page (example : [login to view URL]) - customer able to AddToBasket on any QTY without leaving the page - customer able to view the prices in tiers (example: 10 = £1, 50 = £0.80, 100 = £0.60) - help create and customized SEO for better Google search result - auto currency converter - create a guide on how to bulk change promotions, prices, prices in tiers, min qty requirement..etc on managing the website We have no experience in managing website apart from eBay and Amazon, so we will be needing a plain English guide instruction and support on how to manage it.
