Creating A Script For Reservations

I am looking to create a calendar script. Here is what I'm looking for and i want you to private message me 2 bids. The first bid would be your bid for what you would charge to direct me on creating this script, and the second bid would be what you would charge me to do this. I also need an estimated time this would take. The rest of the site, for your reference, has all ready or is in the process of being designed. I am wanting to have a page where one can reserve a car. Then they choose what dates they would want the cars for, and then choose, "Check" "Cash" "Credit Cards" or "Paypal" and then make their payments if they choose credit card or paypal, (Credit cards processed with paypal). If they choose cash or check send an email to an email address informing the owner that a car is reserved for that day. Also, this would allow for one less car to be reserved on this day. I would like the system to then email the client a confermation of there reservation. likewise, i would want to do is have a very simple form. The company owner would login, and choose the car, enter the client's first and last name, telephone, email, and choose the payment method. Then "reserve" the car. This would be if someone called in an order, however, this back end way must be very easy for someone who is not use to using the web. Happy Bidding. Michael
