Create in app ad sharing platform - iOS and Android platform

We're looking to create a platform that works for iOS and android base platforms. The basis is that as an app owner you install the SDK and then display ads in your app, this in turn gives you credits (tracked by our platform) that allows you to spend on getting your ad displayed on other apps. We need someone to develop the backed and the SDK for the devices. There are a large number of base platforms available for re branding. Utilizing one of these is doable and we will require some additional functionality to be implemented. Basic Concept: Users gain a credit, or token per impression they serve of someone elses advert. These are STRICTLY Application adverts (iOS for iOS, android for android). Now they can then redeem these tokens for impressions for their own applications of their choice. It's a 1:1 token ratio, but if they want targetted adverts (game, utility, productivity etc) it would be a 2:1 token ratio, giving us an extra supply of impressions. We need a web backend setup that will allow users to register, download and integrate the SDK and then start generating "ad credits". There will also be the ability to purchase ad credits (impressions) So we will cater to the free and paid user. It is essential that you have worked on a project like this before, you need to give me at least a brief overview of how you've done this before and convince me that you know what I'm talking about here. If you know how to do the backend thats great, if you know how to setup the SDK that's great. If you know how to do both, you're awesome.
