I've attached screenshots of what the website should look like in PDF format. The first page shows the homepage, second shows the user logged in, and the third shows what happens when the logged in user clicks on a match.

Overview:
Looking to build a website that allows students to randomly connect with other students on campus.
Details:
Each student at the college will have his/her own account. When a student logs in, he/she is allowed to change his/her picture and who he/she is interested in connecting with. This all takes place on the left hand side of the screen, as shown in the screenshots.
Here's how the right hand side works. Once a student is logged in, pictures of students on campus (either boys, girls, or both depending on who the logged in user is interested in) randomly appear. The logged in student then gets to choose whether the people on the right hand side are Hot or Not. After a user rates one of the randomly displayed people, the rated person on screen should fade away, all pictures should shift, and then a new random person should appear on the bottom right (as you can see in the PDF). Let's call this logged in user User 1.
Let's say User 1 said User 2 was Hot. When User 2 later logs in, and if User 2 selects User 1 as Hot as well, User 1 and User 2 would get notified both via the system and via email that a Match occurred. Once a Match occurs, names and email addresses of each matched user (in this case User 1 and User 2) would be released. Also, once a match occurs, the system will displayed the matches for each individual user on the bottom left hand side of the screen (as shown in the PDF). If a user clicks on a match shown on the bottom left hand side, a message box should pop up allowing the user to message the match; therefore, a messaging system must be part of this site as well.
In addition, the algorithm cannot always simply display random users on the right hand side of the screen. If User 1 selected User 2 as Hot, for example, and then User 2 logs in, User 1 must appear on the right hand side of User 2's screen shortly after (maybe within 10 people?).
Lastly, users should not be allowed to register unless they have an email address part of a specific domain (@[url removed, login to view], for example).
