SCOPE: I’m looking to continue the development of an existing real estate website. The website is currently in production, but needs to be updated with more content. The project will involve: • Database work – adding/modifying fields and table(s) to existing MySQL database • Front-end work – (1) modify the home page to add new content, and (2) create a “property” page by duplicating an existing page and modifying it. • Back-end work – create new form pages by duplicating an existing backend page and modifying it. All work must conform/match the existing template. I should be able to add new records, edit existing records, and post records. Sample template has been uploaded. Should have knowledge of PHP/AJAX/MySQL. DESIGN CONCEPT: Following existing design template. HOSTING: Hosting is on [login to view URL] PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 25% - upon completion and approval of development 75% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
