Build very simple Wordpress website

I can an extremely simple wordpress template. It should be a website with a total of 3 pages (including "Home") all with same layout and menu and so on. Important: For the right person, this job will take less than one hour which is why price cannot be high on this one. Please make sure to do a nice design with discrete colours and so on - make it "nice for the eye".
