Build a business website

Hi, I need someone to build an exceptionally good looking business website for one of our business. The project task will include: 1) Choosing the platform to build and finding and using the themes/plugins etc. 2) Make sure that the design is responsive...works on mobile, tablet and desktop. 3) Make sure that the design is fresh and not something that was used in 2010. 4) Create occasional simple graphics if need. I will provide most of the content, logos etc and will show some designs layouts I prefer but always open to suggestions. NOTE: include "agev" keyword in your BID/message and include the business websites you've created. DO NOT SEND ME A BLIND MESSAGE. Lowest bid wins if you have good experience.
