Build a Website - Mockup Ready - repost

I have a website currently being build in Avada theme, now I have listed this project 4 different times, and each time the developer has flaked out on me. I have the mockup ready and the plugins ready, I just need the home page displaying like the mockup and I don't have time to hold your finger and guide you through it or else I would do it myself. 80% of it has been done, there are small things that need fixing and I am looking for someone who can start right now finish within 3 hours, and pay attention to detail. You must understand WordPress incredibly well. I am not not looking for someone who need to ask me 1000 questions, but someone who can read and understand the notes that I provide.
