Build API for PHPPENNYAUCTION between our system. -- 2

First, let me explain the system flow and relation between our system towards the PHPPENNYAUCTION. In PHPPENNYAUCTION part there is no user registration operation there because all the registration part will be done in our system. Meanwhile, those registered user will be access to bid platform or operate point transfer by activate themselves through our system so we need the API to link to the PHPPENNYAUCTION platform. And the API details as follow: 1) Linking - We need the API URL and password as well. 2) Process - We need those parameters details such as user code(unique), username, login password, full name, IC, Phone number, email address and bid point data. 3) Result - We need the details that the data will display for us to define success or fail.
