Blogger to Wordpress relocation and general redesign.

I've been operating an independent music website (going by the name of Dots & Dashes) for the past few years off a fairly simple and only slightly tweaked Blogger template. The format has served surprisingly well and the site has grown quite nicely over its lifespan thus far, however over the past few months the distinctly 'blog' layout has begun to cause some minor issues. As such, I'm looking for someone to ideally help out with a conversion to Wordpress and the redesign that'd entail. Attached is a rough mockup of the proposed layout (there or thereabouts – basically the introduction of a homepage is pretty imperative to the project), as well as a screengrab of the site as it stands now. I'm already accustomed to Wordpress so I'm not in need of a webmaster or anything along those lines; unfortunately my grasp of HTML is negligible at best and as such I'm in need of someone to have a tweak of the inner wirings! Just needing to be able to select what article goes where once completed etc.! Hope that makes some sort of sense to somebody out there, and thank you for your time and attention.
