Bidding /auction website portal for automobiles

We need someone to build an auction website for automobiles/vehicles. Here is the summary of features: Website & Bidding Process: - Website displays different used cars for sale - Users can search/sort/filter for the type of cars they are looking for - Users click on the individual cars they are interested in - In the individual car detail page, users can BID for the car (similar to ebay features) - Need email/sms notification during the bidding process (e.g. "someone else has bid a higher amount for this car etc etc") - Winning bidder will be notified and owner will contact them directly - This car will now show "Pending" status while owner processes the winning bidders' car loans (done separately) - Once car loan is approved, car will display "Sold" status. - If loan is not approved for winning bidder, the 2nd (and/or 3rd highest bidder) will be notified if they are still interested to buy. Owner will contact them separately. Bank Auto Loan Forms: - Need to create about 8 bank car loan forms (in same format as the physical form) - Details of winning bidder will be auto-filled inside these forms - These forms can then be printed or converted to PDF (should look the same as the actual bank forms) Registration: - Users can register for free or pay S$28 - Paid users will have "bidding credits" where they are able to bid for 3 different cars (but unlimited bidding per car) - Free users can view the cars, but will need to pay S$10 to bid for the car - Losing bidders will have the amount credited back into their account which they can use to bid for another car - $$ Credits will only remain in their account for 30 days - Need email reminder system to send out to users about their credit expiring User Profile: - Users need to fill in their profile including job & salary information - Users need to upload a "CPF" pdf document into their profile 2 custom submission forms: - 1 is for "Request for Quote" to sell their car - 1 is for "Request for Insurance" renewal form - Car seller/owner can upload images - For "Request for Quote" form, details can be sent out to Car Dealers Car Listings: - Admin fill up car details e.g. like [login to view URL] - Cars can be placed under different categories e.g. Category A, B, C, etc. depending on their condition - Once ready, admin can publish car ready for bidding/auction - Unsold cars can be reposted for bidding again Others: - Articles section - FAQ - Space/modules for ad - Import existing customers' data into database (about 100 customers) *** PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH SYSTEM OR PLATFORM YOU WILL BE USING FOR THIS WEBSITE ***
