Basic website- that looks great! Needed in a Hurry

Project: We need a simple website designed and created for our business. There will be 4 screens: Home, About, Contact, Other None of these screens need any special forms built. They will all be information pages only The pages must carry our branding throughout (we have a logo)- you will need to blend and integrate this The home page will require a banner to be created with istock images (we will buy and provide these images) Time Frame: Once the project is awarded, you will receive all the text for each page. You will have a total of 36 hours to finish the website (ie 1.5days) The project will be awarded on Monday night (Aust time)- Must be completed by Wednesday Morning Payment: Work will be paid in milestones 40% when draft design of site is ready 45% once site is completed and uploaded to the host 15% 3 weeks after the end of the project (to allow any bugs to be fixed) As this is a simple project, we do not want to spend a lot of money less than $75AUD Conditions: We want unlimited revisions during the project We require 3 weeks of ongoing technical support at the end to fix any bugs We require you to upload the completed site to our website host What to include when bidding: Portfolio (we want nice designs) How site will be built If you can't complete the project in a hurry- please do not bid
