Basic website design

I need a basic website designed with a homepage and around 7 different windows within it. While the layout of the site will be simple, I want it looking very good. I need someone with very good design skills to give me a highly professional looking website at a low price. I will provide our company logo and I want the site designed around that. I will require a location page, which will have a google map within it to give our businesses location. Other than that it should be pretty simple. I have not purchased a domain name or anything like that, so I will also need the successful bidder to complete that process for me as well, including sending the site live. I will also want to be able to update aspects of the site myself with a limited technical knowledge, so the site will need to be easy to update.
