A full detailed analysis/website storyboard (php) will be provided with description of which page will go where and what information will be on the page.
External website designer will work on design and will be in contact with you.
One extra feature will be replacing corporate package (check sittercity)
Live Video and text chat between sitters and customers is needed as well.
Our material will make it very easy for you to understand the project and support will be provided whenever needed.
As I mentioned it will be a website similar to sittercity with some feature replaced by our features so you can make all estimation by looking at sittercity and by keeping in mind that you are not designing the website and you will be provided a very clear concept of website with website storyboard.

I have a good look at Sittercity and worked out how it works. It is basically a "directory" to be able to place adverts, also there should be two different profiles -parents and sitters. Parents would have to pay a membership to the site but the sitters would not. I have built this type of site before for a travel company looking for users to share rides and journies. . I would build in a "directory" app which will then allow you to add listing - example Sitting jobs then you would be able to have as many custom fields as you need such as Name/address/experience/rate etc etc. The user of the site would then be able to search the directory and then be able to message them via an onsite message system to be able to hire them. Of course there is a lot more to it but that is the barebones of how these kind of sites work.
I have excellent communications skills and also speak in perfect English (because I am English) so there will be lost in translation problems here.
