Assisting small web design company

Hello, I recently started a small web design company to make websites for local businesses, thankfully business has been great and I been receiving many clients since there's a lack of web and graphic designers in my area of South Texas as well as in Mexico that is across the border. Since I'm a college student the business has been pretty overwhelming. So I was looking for someone that could assist me with client projects and help me expand the list of services the business can offer. I need someone that I could rely on and will be available every time I get a new client. Please reply with your average rates, when it comes to web design, and logo or graphic design such as business cards and brochures since those are the main things I get requests for and some examples of your work would be great. My hope is to build a good partnership so we can grow.
