Articles and Forum Driven Adsense Site

I need someone to develop a new site which will contain some articles and forums and the site must be generating at least USD$50 per day. Criterias - Provide overview plan before starting the project - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for 6 months (1 article per week) - Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently - SEO Marketing as required - Must generate $50+ per day - General topic, eg, Programming, holidays, etc.. and MUST adhere 100% to Adsense's "Terms of Service" - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to topic - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense - Install on my chosen server, ready to work. - Prefer to use CodeIgniter framework but are open to other frameworks, so please provide details. Milestone will be agreed between myself and the winning provider but full payment + bonus will only be paid when proof of constant income are in the adsense account. Please note that bidders must provide me details as to how traffic will be directed and what methods are will be used to increase traffic to the [login to view URL], all traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense "Terms of Service".
