Article Submission Blog Network.

I need a PHP coder to create a website that is basically a clone of AuthorityLinkNetwork.com. Please visit the site, create an account and get familiar with their system before bidding. The site will allow members to add their blogs to the network, and submit articles. The site needs to be well designed with a dynamic UI similar to ALN but not exactly like it. The winner should exhibit creativity in designing the layout and UI. Some of the features the site must support are listed below, but every feature in ALN should be present --User Accounts --Adding Blogs --A news pane on home pane/section so i can communicate changes to members. --A stat section where users can view a few account stats such as number of live posts. --System to automatically credit user accounts daily based on the number of sites they add to the network. --An admin system for approving blogs, deleting blogs. --Posting to the wordpress blogs in the system via XML-RPC according to articles schedule and posting interval. --Ability for users to Add articles • Spinning articles • Scheduling articles for submission To keep the site scalable and maintainable, i would like the site to be coded using the code igniter php framework.
