Affiliate Competition Website Design

Hi

I need an affilitate competition website to be built.

It should be almost a mirror image of the following websites:

It needs new logos and name design

Need to have administration section were comptetions can be easly added

Needs to be be able to store data base

needs to be able to send newsletter to customer

Link to all internet media the site and any competition links that are placed on the site

The ability to charge people per click to the url link

I have been burnt before NO milestone will be paid till we have the project 50% Complete!

Please show example of affiliate work that you have done both website and admin pages
