Add some new features to a Php Matrimonial Script

I am looking for a Php/Mysql developer to add some functionality in open source matrimonial script. Script has a rich features but i want some features to be added like: 1. Add a template system using smarty for quickly change the frontend (themes). Frontend design (html files) should be in seperate folder. 2. Add login using social profiles like facebook, google and twitter. 3. Add a chat module for paid members so they can chat with each others. and some other minor changes are required. Please find details in attached document file. If you are not good with smarty then please do not bid on this project. Our main requirement is to make easier for designers to integrated different designs easily and some error fixes and make the website secure by fixing any security hole.
