access db design and change existing application VB.NET

This work entails changing existing application. The application currently reads in text(cvs) files and I need to change that to Access table(s). In addition the portfolios are already in access but I need to tie that to a number (1-n tables) along with the current portfolio information. So when the user changes portfolio - the table(s) associated with it will change and get read in. The contract information (currently an excel spread sheet should also be a table and an existing prototype is already available. The other logic should be kept intact and not change in any way. The application (not the source attached) the winning bidder will see the source only. Ongoing project so please be competitive in the bid for future work... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
