I have a requirement for an executable utility which will read an input file and send HTTP POST requests to a betting exchange web site, and save response messages to a file. I have written an application which submits and cancels trades to a betting exchange ([url removed, login to view]). It currently does this using Macro Express to complete and submit the forms within the browser. I want to replace this part of the application to be an executable utility which will read the input files (.CSV), and submit the form requests directly to the site. I would prefer if this was written in VB as I would stand a chance of supporting it myself! There are 2 forms which need emulating, one to send trades; and one to amend or cancel trades. The response messages from the site will need to be written to a file. The successful coder will be required to use an account at Betfair.com. Please check that this is possible and legal in your country / state before tendering. Possible further work in the same area may be needed in the future.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete (well documented) source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
