Custom Hover Link OCX

I require a custom activex control which on first appearance seems to be a label control and then upon hover gets surrounded by a rounded rectangle background color and behaves like a button.

_Requirements

_1. All fonts, font colors and styles should be customizable in both states (hover and non-hover)

2. Hover Back color (gradient styles also), Hover Border color, Hover border width, perhaps the option for a rectangle drop shadow on hover (not required)

3. Up to 32x32 icon in left align (maybe right align also but not required)

4. Expose all standard methods, events and properties of a button.

5. Disabled state should just appear as a greyed out label and icon

6. There should be an option for the hit state of the button. It can either have custom colors for all aspects *OR* become offset on the mouse down by 1 or 2 pixels down and to the right.

7. Hover shape is a ROUNDED RECTANGLE not a standard one.

8. There are 2, TWO separate text fields **each one should have its own font properties**. One is a title and one is a smaller multiline description--2 lines.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
