Create a complete deletion module

Language: Visual Basic 6 is preferred. Task: Create a complete deleting module. Objectives: Please create a module ready to be plugged into a Visual Basic program that will completely erase the hard drive. It should work byte by byte, erasing every "1" and replacing it with a "0". Be sure it works from a certain point on, as I don't want it to erase the BIOS. It should leave the computer cabable of loading another operating system, but have no information for any computer forensic program to recover. The module should also load the program into memory so it will not delete itself in the process. I don't know if it's even possible, but if so please contact me and let me know. I have no idea how much money anyone will charge so contact me and we can discuss payment.
