Asp.Net VB Poll with jQuery, Converting from PHP and C#

Hi All FL's Im in love with this poll [login to view URL] I need someone to convert that ex. too Asp.Net VB and the Admistration page i need something like this [login to view URL] so it easy to add extra choice or remove choice. - The Poll's need to be saved in an Access Database. - With a status field N/Y if a poll is activ or not. - The page that show the Poll need too be as the PHP ex. and its can show more then 1 poll, if there is more then one thats still Activ. - User that make a poll/vote is in a locked system, so we vote by Session("UserID"). - When making a poll like the ex. from the C#, we need a field "Poll with 2 Vote's" so in this poll the user can vote 2 times and not just 1, Its ok that the user then vote one time, and after that vote again, and after the 2 votes it show the vote/poll status from the PHP ex. - And ofc a administration poll list, so i can see old poll's and the vote status for them.
