Applications GUI design....(repost)(repost)

The project involves in putting together 6 different products and building a user friendly GUI and installation packages. the main functionality of the products will be provided by activex components that we have already purchased. also most of the user interface special features as in special controls and looks it will also be provided by third party components we have purchased the licenses for. so all we need is a developer that puts everything together for us in either visual basic or visual studio .net (either vb .net or c#) all the software packages have to have a resource file and the capability of the user to change to a different language on the fly. the first is a zip utility the second is an ftp client the third is an add-on tool to MS Office (PDF conversion from any MS Office Format to PDF, auto zip of a document from within MS Office, spam filter for MS Outlook) the fourth is a Reporting tool which will be a client server solution the client software will be able to design the reports and the server part have the capability of managing users and schedule report deliverys and processing. the fift will be a VPN solution to be able to run remote applications as if they where local. as i mention before all the main functionality that this products should have will be provided as third party components the only thing we need is the GUI design and the implementation of the functionality in the GUI. a document with all the info is attached to the project Bid request ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform needs to run in the following platforms from windows 98 - windows xp (Both profetional and home)
