Access application

I’m building an electronic laboratory data record that will look as the notebooks we used before, I already started the application (Access 2002), users have requested to include this specifications and I’m a newbie in this thing. I need a code in the forms that can do the following tasks: Need a box on test entry sheet (form) showing who’s logged into the PC at this time. It should be unchangeable. Need that the command button for “COMPLETE?? will lock the sheet but leave it displayed on the screen. Insert date and time into record at the time when COMPLETE is selected. Retain the date and time when “new data entry?? is selected. When the “New Entry button is press it put the date and time to begin writing (that part is done), I need when the person is finished and hit the “Complete?? button it’ll save the ending time also. Complete the sheet approval process. I already created the report but it is required that someone check the report and approve it with an electronic signature and save it for records. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. The code must be inserted in the form in Access. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform the application is going to run in MSAccess XP (in Windows NT)
