Access Control System

To create a fairly simple Access Control and Time & Attendance application that interfaces to a particular piece of sensing hardware. The task is not complex however I am willing to look at a slightly higher fee if necessary. I will supply the SDK for that hardware and the hardware itself to test with. The project will be modeled after a couple of existing applications you can take a look at to get the idea of what exactly is required. The task actually sounds bigger than what it is, at least in this requirement. It may well be that we can add to the functionality later and you would be asked to do this if this expansion is needed, presuming your delivery time and quality was of a suitable standard. In simple terms the functionality is to, *create and maintain staff records personal details, access times allowed etc. *create and maintain access point record device location and connection (via TCP/IP) *accept request from the hardware to verify a person *record access info to a database *a couple of simple report in Crystal to be expanded later but will be paid for as required *nice GIU Possibly web access at a later date, but for now no web ASP experienced person is necessary but may be an advantage. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, and basic documentation. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. A non disclosure agreement will need to be signed. ## Platform VB6 Win 2000 Win 98 Win XP TCP/IP ## Deadline information This might be a touch call but it would be nice to have this completed by 04/28/2002
