Creating a website for students

Hi, We want to create a website for university students in UK. This website helsp the students to create an event, book for a taxi service available locally, order food service from nearby take away and few other links providing with graduate options available from our sponsors, renting bikes or any other products to fellow student. i have attached a rough design of our website. EVENT tab: Here EVENT will be a link and under that a person can create a event look for upcoming event, register for an event etc. Taxi/ Food tab: under Taxi tab We will be having partnership with local Taxi service. Students will be able to book for the taxi online or as a call back facility Under Food tab: ordering food from list of take away restaurant in nearby vicinity and paying for that online using paypal(please provide paypal feature) Register tab: A person can register to our service. Links tab: This tab contains few more links like forums, Graduate links, Rent a product - where a student can rent his bike or books or any other product to other fellow university students. lower part of the page I need a bus time table which shows the timing of the bus that will show in how many minutes the bus will leave to nearby places. ( i can provide you with timetable of the bus or link so that you can feed it in database) Our primary source of revenue is through Google Adsense so please help us in setting up Google Adsense.
