I want to keep the same platform, but change catergories and gear it towards a different audience. I have a few samples and an organization chart that outlines the direction of how the site should be developed. I will be using [login to view URL] to host the site. Please make sure this hosting site will support the design. I can start right away if you agree to take on this project according to these comments and attachments. It will be setup as these 5 phases. 1. Design and Devolpment -I have a mockup of the site. Review and accept if you can design exactly like it or make it better. I'll review your design, then make suggestions/comments until we agree on final design. 2. Programming -Programming site for full functionality. 3. Testing -I will review and test the site until all aspects are fully functional 4. Final Test -We will agree that site is fully functional. All pages including admins are to my satisfaction. 5. Support Timeline -We will set an extra 60 day support for any questions/revisions/upgrades/programming/design issues that occur. This will be 20% of your bid and will be delivered on the 60th day. Please use the org chart to review the several pages that would be needed for this site. Let me know if you have questions or other comments. Should be fully functional upon completion of project. Let me know your thoughts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all interent platforms
