CSS Guru for Wordpress Theme Fix

I need a CSS guru to fix some IE issues on my Wordpress Theme. I am having issues with spacing, and comment/content boxes being cut off. Please take a look at [[login to view URL]][1] in Firefox and then in IE. Specifically you will see that in IE the bottom of the content box is cut off, the spacing between the columns is off and if you look that the last posting, you will notice the comment boxes are miss formatted. I am looking for someone who can find the issues with this send me the needed CSS and code changes. Please actually take time to look at the site and be sure you can address this. There is also the possibility of on going style work for the right person, if this project goes well. ## Deliverables CSS and code changes needed WITH explanation and good commenting in a TXT document delivered to me. Must be compatible with IE and Firefox, no hack solutions. This goes with out saying but it must actually work. ## Platform Currently running Wordpress 2.0.
