Dedicated Server configuration through Cpanel or ssh

Hello, We would like to have a intellectual person who can configure one of our dedicated server either through cpanel or ssh such that after configuration when ever an account is created the mail which goes to the client abt his details should be able to send his username password, his <[login to view URL]> , his ftp details, details regarding his package i.e space alloted to him, no. of mail accounts etc. we at present have a plain server with only cpanel installed on it ... it has to be configured right from the begining ...
