Classifieds with other social aspects using Joomla

We have designed a website using Joomla (server is Linux-based) that focuses on Latinos in the U.S. and want a programmer who can take what we have up to now and build on it. A major component of the site are the classifieds (which are finished) but there is another functionality that we need to add to it. The programmer has to have thorough knowledge of DJClassifieds and of classifieds as a whole so as to understand our needs and be able to implement the functionality that we require. We have also purchased AMember and need someone who knows the ins and outs of the program so that they can implement it accordingly onto our site. We need to be able to capture as much information as possible so anyone with thorough knowledge of database optimization and also with knowledge on how to scrape a site to gather information, automatically goes to the top of the list. We prefer someone who is extremely knowledgeable with banner ads, affiliate programs, google adsense, and any other sort of advertising that can be implemented onto a site. The website also requires a contest page that will allow uploads of videos and pictures (the videos can be through a youtube API). We also need a blog/forum that will allow people to create their own topics as well as make references to other comments that have been made. As of right now, we have a simple blog (K2 component) but it is not sufficient for us. On top of these additions, we also need to create a site map that will allow the text on that page to function as links to the other parts of the site.
